My company has ben using Zen Software's MDaemon email server for 8 years and it has been efficient, effective and very easy to administer. We have recently moved our emails from own server to Zen's hosted cloud service and it is working just as well. The move was done at very short notice from me. I called their sales line with my request and within a couple of hours I was sitting in front of my old server watching their Technical Support man remotely move 8 years worth of emails onto the new hosted server. The technician was very knowledgable and explalned everything I needed to know in terms I could understand. The whole operation was painless and achieved a seamless transition of our email service. First class!

I've been a user of mDaemon for 10+ years and ever support issue I have forwarded to Zen Software has been dealt with immediately (usually a substantive reply within 10 minutes) and usually with a solution where possible. I don't give false praise (I'm an incredibly demanding IT lawyer and don't suffer fools lightly) and I can genuinely say that it is a delight working with the support team at Zen Software. The support fees I pay for the software are definitely worth it in this instance.

Absolutely marvelous support. I had a bad day and couldn't for the life of me remember the steps for sending out a mass mailing (same documents to a list of addresses). They spent a considerable amount of time guiding me through the process via phone ( and if needed remote access). That alone was worth the cost of the software in my situation. MDaemon is very comprehensive and is well worth a look especially with such marvelous support behind it.

Attentive and friendly support. No matter how obscure our question, the Support Team had the answer and showed amazing diligence in sorting out any issues we had. Contacting Zen was straightforward we never, in over 20 years, had to wait more than a brief moment whether we were calling from London or via Skype from overseas. This of course is probably owing to the robust quality of the software in the first place (which therefore requires less support) but without doubt also to the training and professionalism of the Support Team who answered all questions immediately and solved issues every time.
