We don't have MS SQL Server or MSDE; which ASM version should we install?
You should install the setup which includes MSDE; in the download section you can find Archive Server for MDaemon (+MSDE).

How may I import old email messages into ASM?
You can import old messages in ASM only if these email messages are in the original MDaemon .msg format.
You should move these email messages into the \asm\engine\queue folder.
Please note that putting more than 2.500 messages at a time will slow down your server.

How do I uninstall Xitami web server?
You have to uninstall Xitami with a manual procedure.
If Xitami is installed in c:\program files\xitami folder you have to follow these steps:

• Go to Start -> Run
• type 'command' and press the enter key

• c:\> cd \program files\xitami
• c:\program files\xitami\> xisrv32 -u
• c:\program files\xitami\>cd ..
• c:\program files> rmdir /s /q xitami

If I create a new user account in MDaemon, I can't see it in ASM. Is this a bug?
Syncronization between ASM and MDaemon accounts takes places every few minutes.
So you only have to wait for some minutes (up to six minutes) and you'll see the new account inside ASM.
