MDaemon 9.x is an excellent product and a genuine Exchange-killer in terms of functionality. However, this isn't enough on its own - when using any software in an Enterprise environment the provision of rapid, quality support is critical when problems do occur.

At Cantarus we have had few problems with MDaemon and I'm pleased to say that with first class support from Zen Software none of those few problems have been serious and all have been quickly resolved.
