The optional SecurityPlus plug-in for MDaemon provides virus and Zero Hour™ spam detection and is highly recommended.
Please note that your SecurityPlus licence must at least match your MDaemon licence size. Where MDaemon is acting as a gateway in front of other email servers, the SecurityPlus licence size must at least match the number of accounts that exist on the servers behind MDaemon that SecurityPlus is providing protection to.

When it came to buying an e-mail server, we looked at several options, many of which were just too expensive or too difficult to setup and maintain. We tested many different packages before coming to MDaemon, which proved to be easy to setup and did not require a great deal of maintenance, yet, provided all of the security and management features we required, and all within a reasonable budget.
