The Free edition is a fully featured phone system supporting up to 8 concurrent calls with an unlimited number of extensions. The software is totally free, however support is not available on this version. The 3CX Free edition can be downloaded here.

The Small Business edition supports up to 8 concurrent calls and unlimited extensions. It has a more advanced Windows VoIP client compared to the free edition and can be purchased with support.

About upgrade cover
New 3CX licences come with the option of 30 days, 1 year or 2 years of included upgrade cover. Having upgrade cover means that your licence will cover you for any new releases of 3CX that are made during your upgrade cover period. Our recommendation is to purchase 3CX with a minimum of 1 year of upgrade cover included. Once the included upgrade cover has expired, an upgrade to a later release of 3CX will cost 60% of the new price.
About our support for 3CX
The Small Business, PRO and Enterprise editions of 3CX are available with and without telephone and email support provided by Zen Software - our recommendation is to purchase it with support included. We endeavour to answer telephone calls within 10 seconds and to respond to support emails within 3 hours of their receipt during operational hours. During busy times, we endeavour to respond to missed calls within 1 operational hour of their receipt. Our normal operational hours are between 9am and 5pm, all weekdays except public holidays.
